Recording video

What video size is best for posting. I have tried posting the allowable size and it still says too big

I always use wmv format with a frame size of 320x240. Usually works if you are under 40 MB Hope this helps. Jack.

The smallest is 640 x 480 and says VGA. Not sure if it will work but I'll give it a shot
