What do you mean, "You are 'Discreet?'

I just read that many Gay or Bi Sexual men who are not feminized, and don't want to be, (may or may not have anything to do with secrecy), refer to themselves as "Discreet." I see men here all the time, describe themselves as discreet. How widespread is this definition?
