Sad - he was on life support for a couple of weeks because of bran-bleed. THAT was a result of a fall; he was on a ventilator and life support.
While I wasn't a big fan, I found them to be an entertaining distraction. And dying a result of a fall after such a wild and crazy life.... especially sad I think.

One of the more talented, yet underrated lead guitarists from the 70’s and 80’s. May he rest in peace
Another member of the soundtrack of my life is gone! Sad day!!

I really admired Ace in the fact that in the live setting he was able to play the leads as good as if not better than the studio versions of the songs. Kiss was a fun to watch concert in the many times I was lucky enough to see them.

One of the best guitarist back in his day. A little trivia, when Kiss made those lackluster solo albums in the late 70s, Ace was the only one of the four to score a top 40 hit with New York Grove.
RIP Paul David “Ace” Frehley
I spent my money on KISS a couple of times for my GF & then wife.
Ace was more than just good, he was great.
Falling and dying probably isn't to bad of a checkout, the line was probably shorter.
RIP

I never liked them that much, they were not as popular here in the uk as in America, their make up was a bit over the top for us, but their music was ok, i was pleased to hear that they were influenced by my favourite uk band of all time Slade, and i could hear it in some of their songs, it must be a big loss to their fans though, rip Ace.
