Have come across cock rings in many stories etc but what do they actually do. As I get close to 80 I notice my cock doesn't get quite as hard as it used to and goes soft fairly quickly. Wondering, and even hoping some, that a cock ring may help. So what do they do and how are they used. Do they help with hardness?

EZNow4512, thanks for sharing your research. I have played with them for something different. I wasn't sure however which is the correct placement. Here are the two ways I tried them. Let me know if this isn't correct positioning.

Cock rings are great. Wish I knew sooner. I get extra hard. I only use at the base of the shaft. Wife loves the increased firmness. Read up on them or ask urologist & follow directions on the proper use. Medical grade ones work the best in my opinion.
