Good morning from our hill to all y'all. Thanks MrsBR for the fine cup of USA Caffeine, and to all the ladies for the excellent assortment of eye candy.

No coffee for me this morning. I leave in a few minutes for a back 'discogram'. This will give us a detailed picture of the condition of my lumbar spine. I walk kinda humped over, and have low back pain. This may help in diagnosis as well as potential treatment. Will have a cup or several later. Procedure is 'supposed' to be painless.

Hope everyone enjoys the day. My weather should mirror Assmens as he is only about 50 miles away from me.

I am going to get my bigtoe on my left foot looked at today. 25 years ago I drop a 12' step ladder on it and the nail grew sideways into my toe. Had to have it cut out the thing looked like 3" long all Curled up. Been hurting me lately so I figured I get it looked at plus I can not see the side of the nail.

Back from taking the Mrs. to another Dr. appointment.
50 good luck on the 'discogram.' I first read it I thought you were going to tear into some John Travolta moves.
Thanks for asking yes. Yesterday was just to go over her lab work, they were good. Today was an echo of her heart. The furnace is electric and it's statusquo, still down and the part is on order last I heard. Good luck with the toe.
Morning katie. When you get home you'll have to do a report for us, 'How I Spent My Summer Vacation.'

Greetings fellow caffeine and hump worshipers.

"Discogram" was a piece of cake. One moment I was nervously lying face down on the OR table, next second I was in a mobile recliner in recovery being handed a glass of apple juice and a handful of saltines.
No pain, no nothing.

Now for 24 hours, I don't lift anything heavy. I am on an ice pack in my easy chair, but can walk about. Mrs Red even barked at me for getting the 'Shark' to vacuum up some dead grass I had tracked in. I was told to stop it and set down ! ! !

I hugged her and told her this was a marvelous day for me. Never in our 56 years of life together have I ever been chastised for vacuuming the floor. I will remember this day forever. She did not think it was funny, she told me to go set my smart ass down and stay there. Love that woman.

All is good y'all. Hope everyone is enjoying their day.

Glad it turned out good for you 50, take it easy for awhile and let it heal up.
