Saturday Smorgasbord-What's for Supper
Happy last Saturday of October folks! A cool and dreary day in the Twin Cities Mn area. Temp 52, light winds, rain earlier with grey skies.
I've been paying bills/balancing budgets and catching up on some shows I recorded. Kiddo flew out to Va yesterday to visit her b/f. I am cat sitting for the next 18 days. She returns on 11/11. So far all is going well.
Supper is to be a cheeseburger with fries.

Evening kakes, haven't been on for a couple of weeks while were in Florida kicked back on the beach. A cloudy, blah day here. 60 degrees and rain all around us. Been going over Medicare options today, yippee.
We had a large lunch so we're having chef salads tonight, throw some shredded mozzarella cheese on, cherry tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, cucumbers, red onions sliced, ham and croutons. I'll add either Ranch or Catalina dressing.
Have fun cat sitting, hope kiddo has a good time and have a great week.

Feeling a little under the weather so had homemade chicken noodle soup and some orange juice. That should do the trick!

Hey kakes not a bad day here but started to rain a while ago! got the RV winterized today was wearing shorts and a hoodie and was quite comfortable. tomorrow will be golfing at 8 am as it is the last day our course will be open 
made a new bean less chili recipe yesterday today making chili cheese dogs

It's been cloudy and in the mid-50's here today. Didn't do much at all today.
Enjoy the cat sitting. Hope Kiddo enjoys her trip, but it sounds like BF needs to visit her.
Dinner tonight is going to be spaghetti squash with meatballs and marinara sauce.

Evening Kakes Beautiful day here, 83 and cloudy.
A lazy day here watching football and then world series game later. Dinner is soup and a bacon sandwich.
I have been window shopping for a new laptop and will wait for holiday specials. I have my eye on a Acer Aspire model.

Salisbury steaks mashed potatoes and Harvard beets. Cheated on the steaks came with gravy from Banquet.

The Fl vacation sounds nice, bummer it's a blahh day back home. I just had to sign up for Medicare, only had to do the part A as I'm still working and have coverage with my employer. So far botht the cat and kiddo are having a good time. Have a great week too.

the gloomy weather seems to be in many areas. We are trying to get him to come this way soon.

It's ok to cheat now and then with meals. Kiddo just called, let me know the weather is nice out there...warmer than here.

Afternoon shortkakes
I ordered Chinese to go. Chicken, shrimp combo. I took out chicken breasts, but they didn't thaw out in time.
Got some house work done today.

Greetings Kakes. . .
Dinner tonight will be a buffet of left overs. We have some Pizza as well as "Italian Nachos" that will be one option and our daughter is stopping by with fresh made Chicken tamales. She says the tamales are delicious and have a LOT of meat in them.
I don't expect any of us here will go hungry. Hope all is well with everyone.

Evening Kakes. Sunny mid 60s here today
Pork chops dry rubbed with ranch dressing mix, turkey flavored stuffing and corn. First time I made the pork chops this way. I will definitely be doing it again.

luvtolook, the pork chops with dry rub ranch dressing, stuffing and corn sound delicious
I do baked pork chops, slather miracle whip on them then dip/shake in corn flake crumbs, bake 375 for30-40 min. Have a great week too
mistified the enchiladas for lunch sound wonderful
Those would fill me up to not wanting supper.
