gatruckguy, we have seen NO proof of drugs on any boats. And on one boat, 2 survived..and the 2 were returned to their home countries. Do you really think that if this administration captured 2 drug runners, they'd return them to their home country and not parade them in front of cameras?

I oppose anything that Trump, Biden or any president does that violates the constitution. If you think shooting boats out of the water, sending national guard without it being requested, and rounding up immigrants and just shipping them off to whatever country we have paid to provide prison for is following the constitution. My other concern about illegals and deportation is deporting to random countries that have no relationship at all to the illegal.

Illegal aliens do not have any rights under the constitution.
Immigration laws are clear. If it is determined that you entered, the country illegally is solely the jurisdiction of the executive branch to administer deportation. There is no other due process required. So for all you people crying about the process and following the constitution you need to actually read the constitution and learn the law.

Biden, Harris, Mayorkas, and Garland should all be in prison for opening the border. Mayorkas and Garland also lied to Congress under oath. Why are they still free. No justice anymore, but they want to jail the innocent.

Look at a map. Find Venezuela. Find the nearest shore of the U.S. Calculate distance. Look at the max range of the open air boats that are getting blown up.

Having been in the military on command staffs I have to laugh at people who say "the military has intelligence and they know exactly what those boats have."
