What's For Dinner Tonight?\

Afternoon everyone! I hope you are having a great day! Quiet day here. It is gray here in Southern Maine. I was going to go do laundry this afternoon, but I talked myself out of it. That was actually pretty easy to do. The plan is to do a little Halloween decorating instead. Nice to be able to find decent decorations at Dollar Tree.
Bozo is doing good. I took him to my Rebekahs meeting yesterday. He was good as gold and everyone loved seeing him. As usual, he got spoiled. Lot's of cheese from the after meeting refreshments. Dinner Tonight will be a burger. I need to cook them up before I lose them. What is one your menu tonight?

Evening missy, grey, rainy day here. It's 51 and been raining all day, not supposed to stop till after midnight, but we do need it.
Dinner tonight is going to be tuna noodle casserole and peas.
Glad Bozo is still doing good, enjoy your decorating and have a great week.

Hi Mrscountrygirl! Sorry to hear that you are getting the gray and rainies. You are right. We do need the the rain though. Tuna noodle casserole is comfort food sublime. Great for a rainy day.
Enjoy! Have a good week.

Hi Missy, it was a cool but clear day here in central New York. Finished up the fall planting today and got stuff picked up before winter comes.
Dinner is scalloped potatoes and ham, mixed steamed veggies, and a salad for good measure.
Hi Missy,
Well, you know how us southerners are if it drops below 70 it’s chili weather. So we are having the classic chili with shredded cheese, red pepper flakes for spice and peanut butter sandwiches on this clear cool night. A/C is off and we’re just enjoying a nice cool night at home.

Hi Hemiguy....Ok...I get the chili.... Definitely made for warming the body and soul. The peanut butter sandwiches, I don't get. Good to hear it is a nice night out. Enjoy.
Evening Mrsbr..You have had a busy day. I didn't know there was fall planting still to do. Getting things cleaned up before the snow flies is definitely a good thing. I once hit a snow covered ladder. The ladder was bent some...Oooops...nice dinner. Scalloped potatoes with ham was a fave of my mom. Good stuff! Have a good week!

Temps were in the low 60's here today. Great to hear that Bozo is doing good.
Dinner tonight was grilled chicken, cilantro rice, and asparagus.

Mississippi Mud pot roast, BCVA, I have never heard of this kind of pot roast. It sounds interesting. Pot roast, no matter the style, is delicious. Another fave of mine. Have a great week.
Hi Lovtokiik. It seems there has been a lot of gray and chilly today. Your chicken sounds yummy. Another dish that warms the body. AI bet the leftovers are really good the next day.
Time to put the thread on autopilot... Keep posting everyone. I do come back and read them. Otherwise, I will be back next week, unless, of course, I have to go do laundry.... Ugh ! Have a good week!

Seeing that I declined lunch 3 or 4 times, I had a snack before dinner, around 6 and dinner at 7. 2 freezer chimichongas, or however that is spelled, a glass of eggnog with rum, a Klondike Ice cream bar, a couple of handfuls of club crackers with cream cheese, waited 15 minutes a bbqed cheeseburger. Half a cup of coffee,,,come on now, you know us Californian do strange things. Hope you had a great night.
Damn, my wife lifted her skirt pointing to her bald pussy and said, here is lunch and dinner!

Angel hair pasta cooked to perfection being just the slightest, almost unnoticeable hint Al Dente' with a made from scratch, slightly sweet, sweet basil, and garlic marinara and meat sauce, served with freshly baked garlic bread, and freshly fine shredded parmesan cheese. Topped off with a nice glass of home made Merlot'. Simple, and except for the sauce, very quick to make. The family enjoys it, and is always happy when I make it. I do ALL the cooking at home. I enjoy it, and seeing others enjoying it warms me inside.....
