Should DJT win the election as a write in would he be able to hold the office again ?

He can't do it unless we completely abandon our constitutional form of government. for "conservatives" who profess to hold the constitution sacred, it is unbelievable that they are even discussing this. There is no legal theory in the world that would allow this to happen.

Donald J. Trump has not violated the Constitution of the United States, and will not do so by running for a third term. Whoever he names as his successor is who he will back. He's done enough. He's setting the country on the right course and I pray he brings all the scumbags who have conspired to break our laws to destroy our country to justice before he leaves.

brovo, in answer to your question, is no, as the laws stand now even as a write in and if won, he could not be sworn in for a 3rd term.

Now what could happen is the 22nd amendment, ratified in 1951, which limits the President to 2 terms, to be repealed. So if trump could get congress to make a new amendment that takes the president term limits away, he could have a 3rd, 4th. 5th..ect term

There has been an amendment that was repealed, which was the 18th, ratified in 1919, that established Prohibition. That was changed by a new amendment, the 21st ratified in 1933.

Trump is a sick man and it's a kept secret. If you look at the right side of his face you can see he has had a mini stroke. And the bruised backside of his hand is from getting something injected in him. His face droops on the right side and his right eye seems to be partially shut. No this man would and could never get a 3rd term and he knows it. He has a problem with everyday walking and talking.

I watched Bannons interview, and he seemed very resolute that Trump needed to "finish the job". Hard to know if he's serious or just playing a game.

Even if Trump were to run, I don't think Americans would vote him in again, and instead stand by the constitution.

I wouldn't rule out Trump giving it a try, but given his current popularity numbers, I doubt he would win.
