I just saw a 1700 square foot house in Connecticut sell for $2.2 Million Dollars to New Yorkers escaping NYC. It's only going to get worse.
Here on Long Island houses sell in one week for more than the asking price to people that are fleeing the city and heading to the red counties bordering the 5 boroughs of NYC . Also heading to Florida !
