How does anyone who voted for him justify it? A man who openly wanted to kill another person because of his politics should not have gotten a single vote as the top law enforcement officer in any state. What a travesty. Everyone who voted for him should be ashamed.

They voters spoke and the results of the election will be forthcoming - results as in policies and further decay of democracy.
I fear this won’t end well but perhaps the lawmakers in Virginia and the city council in NYC will keep things in check.

Don’t think he was on the ballot here but the new Spurs Arena was and it passed.

People voted to put a convicted felon in the white house. What's worse?

Well soward. Somehow I think that there is a difference between someone that wants to kill someone rather than making an accounting error Maybe you don’t

Sword. Don’t forget twice impeached as well. All are a feather in MAGAs hats as we , unlike you pathetic liebruls saw through what the deep state establishment set up to and would not stand for it.

Virginia the next "Sanctuary state" according to
Governor elect. Spamberger. Oops spam is edible not sure about her.
Trump's conviction is "fake" news sword. It would be overturned if NY wasn't packed with liberals who don't understand what it means to be an American - proud of our history.

Convicted by a jury of "his peers"...who turns out never used their real names at the instructions of judge Merchan for fear of " retribution"... and even imposed a gag order on Trump , that is still in effect to this day.... So afraid of Trump, are they really?? lol

Doctor you are right they are very afraid of trump and what he can and will do to everyone that had anything with trying to f!@k him over. The dumb demoRats gave him a go ahead when they shout down the government, now he can get rid of a lot of people he doesn't want. I would fire every demoRat working for the government. It look as if every one of them are back stabbers! ++++++SWARD YOU ARE SO OUT OF IT I AM SURPRISED YOU CAN GET AIR IN AND OUT WITH OUT A DEMOCrAT HELPING YOU
Party and Power over intelligence and common sense. This is the democrat party. Socialism is for the people, not the socialist. I've neve seen anything like it! It really is disgusting, and sadly, there are people here who agree with it!!
I would not have voted for the Jay Jones but one of the many great things about our nation is none have to justify who they cast their vote for.
The turnout definitely seemed to be a referendum against Trump, Jones had several issues besides the texts.
Jones was sentenced to 1,000 hours of community service after a reckless driving conviction in 2022 in New Kent County.
Jones reported 500 of those hours of community service with his own political action committee, a claim those close to him say was falsified.
There is a long list of reasons he should not have been elected but this is who the people wanted so. . .
As far as the expired misdemeanor accounting error turned into 34 felonies, that helped get Trump reelected so to continue to try to use that as an effective means of messaging against republicans, well that is like beating a dead horse with a dead horse. LOL
On May 2, 2006, in a speech in the U.S. Senate, Barack Obama repeated a variation of an age old idiom and said "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results".
This applies to the daily "Felon" rants, did no good then will change nothing now.
