Wife and I are retired. Age 60. She's postmenopausal and has no interest in sex but will do it about every 5 days or so if I request it. It's gotten to the place that a short session with her is less enjoyable due to her lack of interest. It still beats the hand for a few minutes. HRT at some level will improve things to whatever she is willing to accept and I refuse to push her just so I can get between her legs again. For my wife, vaginal estrogen cream has calmed down the itching and dryness. It's complicated when it comes to what HRT she is willing to accept. None of the estrogen/progesterone regimens will do much for her libido. She will need to consider a monitored testosterone for that. The problem comes in her docs willingness to go off label because it is not approved for females in the US. The selling point is not improved libido because right now your wives don't want improved libido. BUT, testosterone given topically at a dose of around 1/10 the amount approved for males will improve muscle mass and tone, cognitive function, hair quality, stamina, and posture. If her libido improves, treat that as a bonus.
