On December 22, 2024, Guatemalan national Sebastian Zapeta allegedly burned 57-year-old Debrina Kawam to death on a subway train in New York City after lighting the sleeping woman’s clothes on fire, fanning the flames with his shirt, and calmly watching as she perished from a nearby platform bench. ICE lodged a detainer for Zapeta but the New York City Department of Corrections refused to honor it due to the city’s sanctuary policies. According to Fox News, “Zapeta was apprehended by Border Patrol and subsequently deported by the Trump administration on June 7, 2018 after he crossed illegally into Sonoita, Arizona a week prior” and subsequently re-entered illegally. November

On November 18, 2024, Honduran illegal alien Denis Humberto Navarette Romero was arrested for allegedly abducting and raping a stranger on the Washington and Old Dominion Trail in Herndon, Virginia. Luckily, the alleged victim managed to escape and request assistance. This happened only days after Naverrette Romero was released from jail. According to Fox News, the suspect “has a documented history of sexual assaults and indecent exposures in the region dating back to 2022,” was homeless, unemployed, on public assistance, and had been in and out of jail. He also had a lengthy criminal history: “Romero’s crimes have escalated from weapons and auto theft, to indecent exposure and sexual assault.” (Fox News, November 24, 2024; WJLA.com, November 26, 2024)
October

On October 13, 2024, Jorge Miguel Peralta was driving drunk and caused a multi-vehicle car crash which resulted in the death of Grayson Christopher Davis in Bastrop County, Texas. Peralta attempted to escape from the crash site and resisted arrest while Davis was taken to hospital, where he died three days later. ICE revealed that the illegal alien had been deported five times between 2008 and 2021. (Fox News, October 25, 2024; Breitbart News, October 25, 2024; ABC 15 News, October 25, 2024)
On October 14, 2024, police found the body of 59-year-old Angel Samaniego in Stamford, Connecticut. The alleged killers were two Venezuelan migrant Tren de Aragua gang members Gregory Marlyn Galindez-Trias and Moises Alejandro Candollo-Urbaneja. They were arrested in Rensselaer County, New York, after allegedly using a credit card stolen from the victim, who had been bound and shot execution-style. Moreover, according to Breitbart News, “Galindez-Trias and Candollo-Urbaneja are reportedly in a relationship and were discovered by police with a 1-year-old child and a 3-year-old child,” who are both apparently Gregory’s. (Breitbart News, October 22, 2024; WRGB Albany, October 24, 2024)
On October 19, 2024, police arrested Colombian national Yenire Karolina Pacheco Leiton and Venezuelan national Enyerbert Alberto Blanco Blanco in Palm Beach County, Florida, after a 15-year-old girl (who had been missing from New York since mid-September) had been found to be allegedly sex-trafficked by the illegal alien couple. According to the police, the sex trafficking victim would hand over half of her earnings from prostitution to Pacheco Leiton and would also pay half of the cost of the motel rooms, where the 15-year-old was required to have sex with men aged 18 to 50. Blanco Blanco, in turn, had previous arrests for attempted murder charges in New York City – after shooting at a man in the Bronx – and narcotics charges in Miami. According to the New York Post, he is suspected of being a Tren de Aragua member and “had first been caught illegally crossing into Texas in May 2023 and ordered removed — but for some reason ended up in a holding center in Elizabeth, NJ, and freed a month later” (Pacheco Leiton was also encountered at the border in May 2023). Following the Bronx attempted murder, Blanco Blanco was released without bail, and, subsequently, once again released after the drug charge in Miami. On October 19, 2024, Luis Diego Hernandez-Moncayo was arrested in Volusia County, Florida, after a woman placed a fake pizza order call to 911. When the police arrived, they found the illegal alien sitting on top of the woman who was pleading for help and attempting to rape her. Hernandez-Moncayo had applied for asylum one day before assaulting the woman. (Breitbart News, October 28, 2024).
On October 26, 2024, an illegal alien from Mauritania, Sidi Mohamed Abdallahi, shot an Orthodox Jewish man on his way to the synagogue in Chicago, Illinois. When police and paramedics arrived to assist the victim – who survived the shooting – Abdallahi began shooting at them as well. The illegal alien was encountered by the U.S. Border Patrol near San Ysidro, California, (near San Diego) on March 31, 2023, and released into the country with a court date. He also filed for asylum, but only after telling agents that he did not fear returning to Mauritania. (FAIR blog, November 15, 2024)

On September 3, 2024, Diego Rodriguez-Salvador allegedly kidnapped and raped a 13-year-old girl at knifepoint in Kenner, Louisiana. Although the Honduran is an illegal alien it is unknown when he entered the U.S. (WDSU News, September 4, 2024; Breitbart News, September 5, 2024)
On September 5, 2024, in Manassas, Virginia, Peruvian national Jesus Enrique Ramirez Cabrera allegedly approached a teenage girl as she was walking to school, impersonated a police officer, and forced her into his vehicle. Fortunately, the girl managed to escape his vehicle, and, two days later, was able to identify Ramirez Cabrera. An ICE spokesman told Fox News that the “U.S. Border Patrol arrested Ramirez on Dec. 19, 2023, after he unlawfully entered the U.S. near San Luis, Arizona,” issuing him with “a notice to appear before a Department of Justice immigration judge and release[ing] him from custody.” (Fox News, September 8, 2024; Breitbart News, September 9, 2024)
On September 8, 2024, Honduran national Maynor Yair Sorto-Herrera was driving intoxicated and unlicensed in Little Rock, Arkansas, striking the vehicle of Jennifer Ann Morton head-on and killing her. When police arrived, they found the illegal alien attempting to flee. The Border Patrol initially apprehended Sorto-Herrera near Laredo, Texas, in October 2018 and removed him in November of that year but re-entered illegally at an unknown date. (Breitbart News, September 16, 2024)
On September 10, 2024, ICE found and apprehended Salvadoran national Bryan Daniel Aldana-Arevalo in Massachusetts for allegedly raping a child under the age of 14 on Nantucket Island in July of 2024. He was released on bail three days after his July 26 arraignment, forcing ICE to have to track him down. Aldana-Arevalo entered the U.S. as a “gotaway” at an unknown time. (ICE.gov, September 16, 2024)
On September 10, 2024, ICE captured Salvadoran national Elmer Sola in Nantucket, Massachusetts, for allegedly raping a child under the age of 14. He was arraigned in Nantucket on August 14, but afterwards apparently released. Sola entered the U.S. as a “gotaway.” (ICE.gov, September 20, 2024)
On September 11, 2024, ICE arrested Haitian national Jefferson Jerome in Dorchester, Massachusetts, after being arraigned in Dorchester District Court for indecent assault and battery on a person over 14 years of age. According to the ICE press release, the illegal alien was first encountered by Border Patrol on “Sept. 21, 2021, after he unlawfully entered the United States near Del Rio, Texas,” and was returned to Mexico. However, “Jerome attempted to enter the United States Dec. 15, 2022, at the Brownsville, Texas, port of entry” and was served “with a notice to appear (NTA) before a Department of Justice immigration judge” and released into the country. (ICE.gov, September 20, 2024)
On September 11, 2024, ICE apprehended Guatemalan national Felix Alberto Perez-Gomez in Massachusetts for indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years or older in Nantucket. He had been arraigned in mid-August and released back into the community, forcing ICE to track down his whereabouts. This was not the illegal alien’s first run-in with the law, however. In July 2011, he was convicted for reckless driving and endangering a person in June of that year in Pennsylvania, sentenced to one year of probation, and removed to Guatemala in August of 2011. At an unknown time he snuck back into the U.S. as a “gotaway,” however. (ICE.gov, September 24, 2024)
On September 12, 2024, in Nantucket, Massachusetts, Salvadoran national and MS-13 gang member Angel Gabriel Deras-Mejia was captured by ICE. He had been arrested by Nantucket police and charged with two counts of assault and battery on a household member and disorderly conduct on August 26. Deras-Mejia entered the U.S. as a “gotaway.” (ICE.gov, September 25, 2024)
On September 18, 2024, Salvadoran national Gerber Luis Sanchez Centeno allegedly murdered his girlfriend and fellow Salvadoran illegal alien Dania Cruz-Mejia after an argument in Montgomery County, Maryland. Sanchez Centeno crossed the border and was apprehended by the Border Patrol in New Mexico on June 2, 2024, and was released after being placed in the Alternatives to Detention (ATD) program with a GPS ankle monitor. As Breitbart News points out, “[a]t the time Centeno crossed the border, federal data shows that DHS had thousands of open detention beds available where the agency could have held him in custody. By early August, Centeno had absconded from the ATD program and DHS terminated his enrollment as a result.” He had reportedly only arrived from Texas three weeks before allegedly killing his girlfriend. (FOX5, September 23, 2024; Breitbart News, September 25, 2024)
On September 20, 2024, ICE located and arrested Guatemalan national Maynor Francisco Hernandez-Rodas in Lowell, Massachusetts, due to charges of aggravated rape of a child and forcible rape of a child stemming from June 2024. Although he was arraigned on child rape charges on September 4 in Middlesex Superior Court, an ICE detainer was ignored, and the illegal alien was simply released. According to an ICE press release “[t]he Bridgeport, Connecticut, District Court convicted Hernandez Sept. 16, 2011, for the offense of breach of peace. The court sentenced him to six months in prison followed by a six-month suspended sentence and one year of probation,” and, “[t]he Norwalk, Connecticut, District Court convicted Hernandez May 15, 2016, for the offense of breach of peace and issued him a $100 fine,” which showed that there were plenty of missed opportunities to remove the dangerous illegal alien and save a child from being raped. (ICE.gov, October 8, 2024)
On September 21, 2024, a gang of four illegal aliens allegedly beat and robbed a woman in her home in Highland Park near Dallas, Texas. The suspects – Manuel Hernandez-Hernandez, Carlos Alberto Martinez-Silva, Yean Brayhan Torrealba-Sanabria, and Wilmer Jesus Colmenares-Gonzalez – are all Venezuelan nationals. As described by Breitbart News, as the woman pulled up to her home “she noticed four men approaching her garage. One of the men had a gun pointed toward her and made her get on the ground. The woman said the gunman hit her in the head multiple times with the gun before she was dragged into her residence and tied up with clothes from her bedroom. The burglars, the woman said, spoke only in Spanish and proceeded through Google Translate to threaten her. Among the threats was that the men would cut her fingers off one by one if she did not tell them where her safe was in the home. (…) The burglars allegedly left with $75,000 in cash, a Gucci purse, the woman’s cellphone, and coins.” (Breitbart News, October 7, 2024)
On September 21, 2024, illegal alien Saul Rivera-Ramirez was driving significantly over the speed limit and without a license in the Pittsburgh suburb of Dormont, Pennsylvania. He rear-ended Christian Sluka, who was sitting on his motorcycle at a red light at an intersection, pushing Sluka into an oncoming vehicle and killing him. The illegal alien driver then fled the scene of the homicide. According to ICE, Rivera-Ramirez was “previously removed from the United States and unlawfully re-entered, without admission or parole by an immigration official.” (WPXI.com, September 23, 2024; WTAE.com, October 4, 2024)

As a legal immigrant I will say that for exactly that reason we don't need any additional criminals from abroad.
Perhaps the people who love them so much need to go with them and offer appropriate support in their home countries.

If you come here, even legally, and you don't assimilate into becomeing an AMERICAN, if you don't learn our english language, if you don't try to become an asseet to your community, if you don't want to be part of any solution, you will remain a problem and you will never be able to achieve the American dream.
