The population of Florida has exploded in the last 10 years. Are you sure that's what you want? Crowds?

Ya, been to Florida years ago in the winters and the major hwys were packed but always enjoyed the weather. Brother snowbirds to SE Florida every year.

You don't say what your budget is but if I were going on location alone, I would look around the greater Fort Myers area.

Why do the research for yourself when you can ask people on a porn site discussion board.

The West Coast of Fl is very nice.

Diver, we are snowbird and have been for 5 years. My recommendation would be to stay away from the west coast. Hurricane Alley. Look at the statistics. If you are not a resident expect the property taxes to increase every year by at least 10%. If you want to talk seriously about this email me.

Love the white beaches in the panhandle of Florida. Used to visit Ft Meyers often after my buddies moved there and started a buisness. Also enjoyed Key West but not sure I would snowbird there. Had another buddy and his wife move to Jacksonville after graduating from SIU but I prefer southern Florida more except for the Miami area which is packed.

You didn’t say what you’re looking for, other than getting away from the snow and cold. I believe if you become a resident that lives there at least six months you’ll u don’t pay state tax (n your current state). Lots of options for you. The center inland area is historically safe from hurricanes. Disney was no dummy for choosing that site.

Are hurricanes really a problem during the winter in Florida? I wouldn’t buy a house anywhere near the water on either side. I think my brother does a rental.

If you’re buying then you may want to keep your risk low.
Do you think you’d like to be in a community? Theo are lots of options, from mobile home parks to high end. Some have lots of activities, golf cart trails, golf courses, community centers and swimming pools.
Might want to rent a place to see how you like it. By the end of March it gets to be to hot and humid for me

Hurricane season runs July through October, hurricane insurance is off the charts. It doesn’t mater if you’re on the coast or inland, you’re going to still need hurricane insurance regardless as to where you are if you are financing. Do your home work. Most of the hurricanes come up the Gulf side. You can email me if you like.

We are currently in our "Snowbird House" in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. We are 55 miles from South Padre Island and "Boca Chica" where Elon Musk lights off his rockets. We REALLY like it down here and it's probably cheaper than Florida. Air service (Southwest & others) into Harlingen and McAllen Texas. Just FYI

We have been in Fort Myers for 6 years now. Absolutely love it. Good restaurants and lots to do. The weather is great. Traffic is bad early mornings and late afternoons, so we just avoid going out at those times. Rsw airport is close and great. We live a little inland to lower our risk of flooding if there is a hurricane. Feel free to email me.

If you're looking for adult fun, take a look at The Villages. Lots of mature swingers there and not too far from the Gulf of America.
ja962b, I’m sure you do have “lots to do”.

If looking for summer weather stick to the east coast ie. Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade counties. Its the Gulfstream that keeps things warm in winter. Anywhere else no guarantee of warm winters....kinda like Alabama weather

New Smyrna Beach The plus is that it has a nude beach
| By diver531 on Friday, December 5, 2025 - 2:24 pm: |
Just looking for warmth ! ok maybe alot of fishing !
I have 2 friends that winter in Mazatlan and one couple winter in Punta Cana.
Lots of fishing, golfing, reading on the beach.
Very inexpensive.
Diver if you are looking for warmth you definitely want Soutj Florida. West palm beach and south. The east coast is less prone to hurricanes but you still pay the price for hurricanes insurance and if you’re financed you have to have it.
You have Haulover and south beach, both permit nudity.
ja962b - our neighboring wives seem to have nice boobs. Meeting topless on the beach sounds fun!

Stay out if your a lefty you in your house don’t crap here
I will admit that it makes me little nervous when northerners talk about relocating to Fl. It’s something along the lines of please don’t New York my Florida.
But let’s set that aside… I want all like-minded, kinky couples with a hot wife to move to Central Florida. I recommend The Villages. I enjoy hotwives and have a few buddies that would like the same. Emails are welcome.
