Good morning all Y'all from the RGV of Texas. Welcome to Saturday coffee. Come in, enjoy a hot cup and conversation. Maybe even sneak in a peek.

Good morning all Y'all. Woke up early today. Thought I would kick off Saturday Coffee. 56F overnight and may reach 75F today.

I read on line about a 31 day challenge that I am doing. Walk a mile every day for 31 days straight. I am walking 2 miles a day and so far have not missed a day in December, and I did it the last 3 days of November so today will be 9 straight. So far no side effects, enjoying the walking time. Also staying away from the ice cream.

Hope everyone enjoys their Saturday. Hang around here, we have friendly ladies here who enjoy showing off their goods. Peace Y'all.

The answer to your question yesterday no not yet. I am still in A FIB but I will be having a Procedure on the 17th and we will see from there.
I greatly appreciate you thinking about my problem and checking in on me about it

Good morning , Yall! Its been a busy week for me. Between grandkids school activities, downtown Christmas activities, and my projects. I think this is the first time I have checked in this week.

Wowsers! Good morning BCVA, YesRej and Hands! What a fine offering you have put forth.

YesRej, I walk alone. I walk fast paced covering the 2+ miles in about 40 minutes. A few other men in the park walk that fast, but we walk solo. Plus I use it as almost meditation time. I clear my mind and just focus on my pace.

Morning gang, thanks for the coffee 50. And thanks for the eye candy bc, yes, hou. It's 33 headed to 43 and sunny today. Got up earlier and the house was cool from the furnace being turned down overnight and hadn't kicked in for when we're up so I slid back under the covers for awhile.
50 I did that walk a mile every day for 31 days a few years ago. When it was over the only thing that happened was I was 31 miles away from home.

Did you start your Christmas shopping yet ? Have your coffee and get out there .

Slow day here, mrsbr and her besties went to see wicked last night, then came here and partied till the sun came up. I was getting breakfast as they were heading to bed....
Probably just going to putter on stuff today
We don't really do much Christmas shopping, grown kids and no grandchildren to spoil yet ...
I did the 31 day challenge a few years ago and never really stopped, I try to walk at least a mile everyday, most days it's at least 2.

now Country, If I did that 31 mile challenge and ended up where you did, I'd probably go another 31 days just to be sure the wife didn't find me at the used wife lot looking for a different model that made me feel young for a while before I returned home.
