I went for my shoulder a bit and the ice therapy (game ready ) was nice. They also offered dry needling which was interesting and hurt a bit but provided some relief. Good luck.

I've been told that rehab from shoulder surgery is is long and painful.
Hope that is not the case for you,
A little pain is good for the soul. Stay with the routine and you'll be good to go before you know it

I had 3 months of PT on my R shoulder after the Grade 4 separation surgery. My outcome was good because I did precisely what I was told to do. My therapists here in the Rio Grande Valley were exceptional. Strongly encourage you to put some effort into rehab. You've got mail as well.
PT for what?

What Dirty said. My shoulder surgery went well, but if you overdo it and don't follow specific instructions you will cause irreparable damage. Don't do things that you haven't been told is ok to do yet. It comes in steps.
search peptides.

I had Rotator Cuff Surgery almost exactly a year ago. I've had 3 knee replacements and 2 hip replacements. Before that I had about 4 surgeries in my left knee with the 1st one in High School when my Posterior Cruciate Ligament snapped.
It healed up well, but a few years ago our 100lb GSD lost use of her rear legs, then one of the front ones. She was otherwise peppy, coherent, and happy. I almost had to carry her out to do her business. We had 2 straps for her - one round her chest, the other close to her rear legs on her lower tummy. I guess carrying her out for the 3 or 4 weeks before we made the tough decision to bring a Vet to the house to put her down did in my right shoulder. Sure enough it tore apart my Rotator cuff.
For me, the pain during the first 5 days post-op was far worse then any of my knees, but my PT wasn't painful at all. Everything w/the shoulder worked out well and I'm back in the gym working out with zero pain. And I learned my lesson the hard way not to ever ignore working out my shoulders.
I'd do it all over again for our loving dog, who I miss every day still.
