Mirror

OLD / OLDER dudes...WHO is that in the mirror? I don't shave much anymore. On the odd occasion I look at myself in the mirror... I mean REALLY look.... I don't know who that dude is looking back.

I'm NOT a mental case... I know it is me... its a fucking mirror.... But I was 18 a minute ago.

Can’t remember the last time I used a razor and I try not to look in the mirror. What’s worse than looking old is feeling old and that started in my mid 60’s and I have quite the list of my ailments in my medical record. Getting old sucks! The golden years refers to more trips to the bathroom every night.

The first time I felt that I was getting older was when I looked at a playboy and the playmate was younger than me. And 40 years later. I can’t count the things that tell me I’m older . The worst thing is I don’t reload the way I used to. But I do get a door opened for me more often.

I'm more confident with the ladies because I am no longer in the "hunt", I can take it or leave it..

The older you get, the faster time passes by.

That is what several older people told me when I was young. Sounded like poppycock to me. But I'll be damned if it isn't true. Technically there is 24 hours per day and a day at 5 years old is the exact same as a day when you are 65. But the perception is that a day is much shorter now....I was 5 years old in first grade. Each day was like a whole week to me.

Getting old ain’t for pussies…

Not for the weak, that is true. I was standing at a tire store. There were several people. I was 42. I was holding my last son. There was cameras. All I could see was a older man with a very small bald spot. I thought it's gonna suck getting old. Then the man on the surveillance screen moved and I could see it was me and my son. Shocking. I still have plenty of hair but now its my eyes. Every time I blink 10 years go by. But I work extremely hard and think young. And I drink from the fountain of youth.

Getting old is a fact of life and surely is better than the old dirt nap ! I'm happy as hell when i put my feet on the floor having to piss 3 times a night !! LOL can i get a guinness too please ???

Yep. I vividly remember one night I woke up groggy to take a leak, finished my business and half asleep looked at myself in the mirror and thought it was my dead father looking back. It definitely made an impression on me.

Diver, its only bad when you pee three times a night but only get up twice!
