Awesome place. The beach in Ocho Rios isn't anywhere near as nice as Negril. Gave us an excuse to spend all week naked on the island. Lots of fun and very lifestyle friendly.

Nothing beats the Negril beach.
Very true. And Couples Negril has a nude section on the beach. Although Hedo is 2 miles away.
We went to Tower Isle about 10 years ago. We had already done Hedo, both Grand Lido’s and some others all with nude beaches. We liked Tower Isle but did have a one-time bad experience. I was drugged while drinking at the bar on the island. Not drunk, drugged.
Although I’m no huge drinker and the fact I can’t stand getting to the point of throwing up I know my limits. Even in the hot sun. It was so bad I had to be basically carried from the bar to the small boat. From there we had to call in a doctor and I was pumped with IV to get me out of it. For me it was like a dream sequence. My wife was pissed…and thankfully not at me! She knew I didn’t over drink. We honestly believe it was either put in the wrong drink or they had a deal with the local doctor who charged $800 to come out and get me cleared up. Our room wasn’t touched and nobody approached us while I was affected. Thankfully the rest of the trip was great!
I’d go back. I’m sure our experience was the staff and not the management. Just glad it wasn’t worse than the $800 bill.
Tried it. Definitely not our cup of tea. Desire Pearl in our opinion is far more upscale and intimate than Tower. Just our opinion .
