Post Prostate Cancer

I had prostate cancer several years ago and as a result of prostate surgery have succumbed to several side effects. My flaccid penis has become approximately 3 inches shorter and I am impotent as a result.

With that said you can still have a dry orgasm without seminal discharge as the prostate has been removed. Or in my case a dry orgasm while my penis is flaccid through manuel stimulation.

Any other having similar experiences and how are you adapting.

Better to be floppy and alive than stiff but dead is my thinking after I went through exactly what you had done. It's the only way to look at it.

I lost an inch can get fairly hard but takes time. My biggest problem is bladder control and couldn't be happier with the problems and being able to say I've cancer free.

I was treated with proton radiation in early 2017. I lost an inch of length I think mainly due to the chemo/hormone part of the treatment. I still get hard (not like before) but my orgasms are mainly dry due to the irradiated prostate. I also seem to orgasm much more quickly. So far my PSA is good. Always get a bit nervous when it’s time to get checked but so far so good. Happy to be healthy!

I am 1 year post surgery. So far so good that cancer has stayed away. No issues with bladder control. Like others lost some size. Also the wood is not the way it used to be. But it seems to be getting better. On daily Cialis and pump weekly. It doesn't seem to bother my partner- I can still please her.

I have the same problems no erection, shorter dick. Relief from masterbation but no cum.
Wife needs a good hard dick so we still look for COUPLES.

I didn't have cancer in prostate but it became so large I couldn't urinate without a catheter. Urologist did a Heliop procedure and now urinate normal. But no erections or evacuation. Grateful no catheter. I also have had 2 colon cancer surgeries currently cancer free.

Almost all men lose length with age. I just happened to be watching Dr Oz show when a man called in and asked if losing length was normal. Dr Qz said that it was.

Better to be on this side of the grass for sure. No cancer here, but seminal vesicle issue so loads are virtually non-existent and erections are what they were. Psa is barely register-able as the vesicles are choking it.Gets discouraging. But my tongue works and the wife is happy.

I’m happy the cancer is gone and PSA is almost undetectable. My issues is I have trouble using public restrooms. Due to shrinking I sometimes hit the pants instead of the urinal. Only incontanence I have is while sleeping but perfectly fine during the day. Sex has changed drastically with the wife but we adapt.

Had prostatectomy and penis is shorter but the surgeon saved the nerves and I still get hard. No semen but orgasms are intense.
