I am reading conflicting reports on the possible death of Rob Reiner. Does anyone know if he really died? Why can't the media get things right?

They state the ages of the two people are 78 and 68 which is the age of him and his wife. No names released yet that I can find.

Rob Reiner, who segued from starring in “All in the Family” to directing movies including “This Is Spinal Tap,” “A Few Good Men” and “When Harry Met Sally…” was found dead Sunday afternoon in his Brentwood home alongside his wife Michele Singer. He was 78.

The deaths are being investigated as a homicide, according to TMZ. The couple was reported to have been stabbed to death.

Apparently from what I read, Billy Crystal and Larry David are his neighbors and they were very upset about losing Reiner and his wife.

Interesting one victim was a 19-year-old girl that was vice president of the campus republican club.

I liked much of his work. I was opposed to most of his expressed political / social commentaries.
Still no one deserves what happened to him and his wife.

Son Nick was picked up by police and charged with murder.

He was obviously a very talented person. Directing Stand by Me, Princes Bride, Harry Met Sally and others. And the role of Meathead (Michael Stivik) in All in the Family was true priceless talent. As kids I remember we weren't allowed to make ANY noise in the house when Dad watched Archie Bunker. He loved the arguing between Mike the liberal boomer college know it all and Archie the conservative blue collar bigot. Reminded me of the fights my older cousin would get into with my uncle. Good stuff.

I am a stanch conservative. I do not like what 99.9% of liberals say about conservatives and most do have severe TDS. Having said that, Reiner was a very talented actor, writer and director. It is sad just how divided we now are culturally that a death whether it be Charlie Kirk, or, a liberal Hollywood Icon hates always seems to be the first emotion.

Wait a minute. Did I miss something? It was his son that killed him and his wife. What does Rob Reiner having TDS have to do with his own son killing him? Was his son a staunch conservative who couldn't handle his father's left wing politics? That's what the president's statement implies, does it not?

Trump is unhinged by posting that statement. It shows his complete lack of class. A person's politics should not get them killed. Kirk included.

I doubt his son killed them over politics. He was most likely suffering from a mental disorder.
