You people in California crack me up

Your leaders have amazed me for years But I just read that the state is closing down gas stations or fining them $5,000 a day. Yes the pretense is they have old tanks and plumbing. And yes the state will pay for it. But people have applied for the assistance and apparently still waiting 2 years on approval. Apparently they are closing the only station in some towns . Cute, how is fire and first responders going to fuel up? How about school busses ? And I’ll bet if there were two stations . the local mom and pop station gets kicked out while the Corp Shell station got the Grant 20 months ago . Now Shell doesn’t have any competition And you wonder why capitalism doesn’t work with big government has their thumb on the controls.

That was done in the early 80s. The tanks have monitors under them and dug up every few years. What is happening now is Newsoms over regulations and the 2 major refineries are closing. 20 percent gone over night. We also supply Vegas, Arizona, etc. Because of no other way to get gas, the bad special blend is only by ports. Mostly from south Korea taking a month. Newsom ruined everything and more ruined daily. Now he tries to backtrack everything but the refineries are leaving. It cost 30 percent more to keep the special fuel being made. Newsom is also being looked at, 100 times worse than Minnesota. And yes the independent non corporation stations closed years ago. Yesterday I drove across the largest oil field in California. Its extremely vast. Only to pay 4,50 a gallon. Republicans area.kern, Bakersfield, midway field. Yet somehow, 100 miles west on the coast where it has to be trucked 100 miles in democrat area 3.99 this week. Explain that. Newsom is just lies and scandal. Its supposed to get crazy price and availability very soon. Phillips 66 in 2 weeks and another refinery in April are gone. Fuck Newsom and democrats.

Mist. I don’t have an answer for you on that difference of price My first thought is Newsome is manipulating the price for the cities on the coast paid for by other citizens. Bu that do I know . I can see the ripple effect to the east coast. I think they get everything from that pipeline from Houston to New York ( the one that had a shut down of 5-6 days a couple years ago and it’s at max level. There is talk about the east coast having to compete with tankers that supply gas. Does anyone know how many government charging stations have been put in yet ?

California can not break off and fall into the ocean will all aboard, including all their senators and representatives. They are all to stupid to be allowed to pollute the planet.

It's not just California. The environmental regulations will force Phillips 66 to close the Ferndale, Washington refinery in a few years. 92% of fuel in Oregon comes from that one refinery. Oregon has no refinery nor any other source for fuel.

Unfortunately, a lot of Cali people are moving to other states with Texas being one of them. It's like the feral hogs, killer bees, and fire ants. You hate it, but there's very little you can do about it. They run away from California and bring their same political ideas to ruin their new state. Austin area has a bunch of them.

The same goes for the middle easterners who are swarming into our area. It's a plague.

People in California have little, if any, voice in the government. Years of radical Democrat gerrymandering has virtually taken away ANY opportunity for more pragmatic policies to be proposed, let alone enacted.
As far as I can see it will take a total economic collapse of the state before the citizens will arise and oust the radicals and their polices.

Electric vehicles are trash and are nothing but a environmental problem in the end and there is no infrastructure for or to keep up. I was in a line at the dollar store getting some name tags for Xmas. A couple of women were talking. It was easy to see one of them didn't have much and the other had lots of expensive jewelry. The poor looking one was saying gas and food was getting to expensive. The rich looking one said it didn't seem to bad and said she had a really good retirement and great benefits from working for the county for several years. She did have sort of a pontificating tone and the typical democrat smirk a little. I interrupted and said,,,so what branch of the tyranny did you work for? Exactly,,deer in headlights. She didn't say another word. The other woman smiled and said thank you. I said no problem, you just have to not care what you say to them as they do us. I smirked giant to the democrat lady. She still didn't want any part. Didn't say anything. Lol snobs, idiocy is thick in California. But when confronted, they shut down. But really I wonder sometimes if they even understood anything I say. Democrats are brain dead after all.
