Jerry Van Dyke

A couple years ago I read a few articles about the late Jerry Van Dyke of the sitcom "Coach" fame. Brother of Dick Van Dyke. They suggested / stated he did horrible things to his daughter. There are some whispers coming from Hollywood the Reiners may have done similar things. Of course, main stream media will never mention this type of information. I can only say this.... I bought the stories I read about Jerry. It is possible the bad stuff started with Carl Reiner. That puts it with the Dick Van Dyke and brother Jerry Van Dyke era. Carl was the creator of the Dick Van Dyke show in case some of you forgot. Is anybody else familiar with these stories? I know I read them online a couple years ago. The stories I read made it sound like it was a "normal" thing for the group. Kelly Van Dyke un-alived herself in November 1991.

brothers defense and see if it

Haven't heard of any such things. I didn't care for Rob Reiners political views but I liked much of what he produced professionally.
I also heard from several sources the he was very difficult to work with or around. If that carried over into his personal / family life, coupled with his son into drugs; I can see a connection.
Just speculation.

Beat me to it useher . I have read stories about those in the entertainment industry from back 100 years ago. Stories that would make the most hard core pervs here on WL’s blush. Some actors have spoke about being black balled and more if they didn’t want to get involved Wasn’t Mel Fibson one that spoke out about it. I don’t follow Hollywood at all . I’ll often watch a movie and not know who is , but see someone and not know their name But know they were in another movie they were in So you 788 are probably on to something. But yes , I know who meathead is, Jerry and Dick can Dyke are you. But I don’t know one Kardashion from the other. And I don’t think I ever will

I do remember the story that Jerry Van Dyke's daughter had issues and ended up doing some porn. She killed her later on. I don't know the family dynamics but so sad for a father to lose his daughter that way.

JFC. So cuz there were rumors about Jerry, and Jerry's brother worked with Rob's dad, and Rob had a daughter, then Rob must have done something bad?
