Made it till 2:40 before I woke up, see how much that charged the battery. It's 37 headed to near 50 today, but the bottom drops out starting Friday and they are even talking the 's' word. I'm sure there will be stampedes at the grocery stores because there may be 2 or 3 inches of snow fall.

Morning 772. I just checked the forecast again, Friday through Monday they're calling for the lows to be 2, 8, 1, 9.

66F outside and will be warm today. However that front will arrive down here Saturday and the bottom will drop out of the thermo unit. We may see some freezing (below 32F) temps overnight this weekend. Meanwhile were enjoying it. Potential for some clouds & rain, hopefully it won't interfere with my daily 3.5 miles.

Enjoying my first cup and will check back in later to see who arrives last. Stay warm up there in the frozen tundra.

Good morning mrscountrygirl and Pachatgirl well I called the one service call and they did not return my call. Then I called them back and again had to leave a voice mail that if there no return call we will not show up. Today job is canceled because I try to help them over the phone because if it a GFI that is opened they still have to pay me to reset it. They push the reset button and it worked. So I did not clean off the Van I will do it today. I have not been out for 9 days

Yes I had a cardiac cath on a Friday, they told me I could return to work on Monday if I didn't do anything stupid. They had a list of things I couldn't do they read to me out loud and gave me a copy to take home. At the end of every sentence they said 'if you do you could hemorrhage and bleed to death.' I had to take it easy for 1-2 weeks, closer to 2 weeks since I'm on blood thinners and blood pressure meds. The most I could pick up was a cup of coffee. Believe me, when they pound in your head hemorrhage and bleed to death I listened.

Mrscountrygirl the day after my Procedure our hotwater heater went. I was trying to figure out how I can fix it. We had to clean out the area because of the water damage we sucked up over 50 gallon of water with the wet vac. My BOSS could not get the Vac over a 2" lip by the basement door to pure the water and let the pumps suck it out. So me being the a s s hole I am I did that and it hurt me after that I was having trouble breathing. My Dr called me that morning after my procedure and I said I was good. Then the hotwater heater went and i hurt myself. We hire a plumber and he came the next day. And did a bad job on the fitting. It killed me to pay $2200.00 for a bad job
But I called my Dr that day about my breathing problem and she told me to take it easy for a couple of weeks. In the beginning they said take it easy for 7 days only pick up 10 lbs
If you have this done take 2 weeks minimum off because it's your heart. They told us it will take 3 months for your heart to heal. I feel better now and can walk over 50' and not lose my breath.
Like I said the other day being a guy you think your Indestructible even at 69. I just did not think it would be like this. And I was not Prepared for this much downtime.

MCG do what they say!! After my cancer surgery I wasn't allowed to lift anything over 5 lbs. for six weeks, nor was I allowed to even exercise for one month!!! Feel better my friend!!!!!

Yesrej, it sucks getting older; our minds tells we're still 30 but our bodies tell us the truth lol!!!!

Yes I hear you, it's hard for us to come to grips that we're not 10 feet tall and bullet proof anymore. But sadly it's true. I have come to the point I wave the white flag on a lot of things and call in the cavalry.
Thanks hawk, I had that done almost 10 years ago. And believe me, I went by the book on that one.

Pachatgirl I can not even do that I do not think my junk is working. It looks like a Candy cane red and white from tip to the bottom of my balls. That is also something I did not Expect.
