But it still does not justify his death when current evidence shows that the gun had already been taken away from him. It was after the gun had been taken from him by one agent, that another opened fire.

A man with a legal right to carry (a right that MAGAs are the first to defend) was wrestled to the ground by ICE agents. They saw the gun and removed it from his person. Another agent(s?) then opened fire, only after he was disarmed and any imminent danger to the agents was removed.
Your experience in your volunteer work or your own interactions with police only provides the lens which through YOU view the parties involved. It is meaningless in terms of what happened, just as my own views about Trump or ICE are equally irrelevant.

The individual wasn't SHOT...just for bringing a GUN to a protest...I'm sure there were other Anti ICE Protesters that day that were armed....he wasn't shot for using his cellphone to film and observe ICE...we know for a FACT they were other Anti ICE so called observers filming with their cell phones Peacefully on the side walk..who were not SHOT lol.

Step 2...ICE agents use their bodies not WEAPONS to physically PUSH one of the non compliant female Protesters OUT of the way.
Step 3....The deceased male Protester Interjects himself and attempts to pick up the Non complaint female who had been pushed..then proceeds to try to drag her BACK on the street ICE is trying to clear them from...If he wanted to help the female he would have tried to pick her up and move her to the SIDE walk...but he is clearly not doing that.
Step 4...The deceased male Protester aggressive interjection...and this is the part the Anti Trumpers and others are SKIPPING...his actions force ICE agents to ESCALATE from using their bodies to push them out of the way to deploying PEPPER SPRAY.
Step 5...Even AFTER deploying PEPPER SPRAY..the deceased male Protester is STILL Non compliant...at that point ICE agents swarm him in an effort to take him DOWN.
Step 6...During the melee that ensues from ICE attempting to take him down..ICE agents notice he is ARMED yell GUN...GUN..GUN and ESCALATE to lethal force...The rest of the details on whether one agent disarmed him a MICRO second before another agent shot him will be determined in an investigation..its easy to Monday morning quarterback the shooting with the advantage of FREEZE frame..ICE agents/LE don't have that advantage in a real life situation when faced with a THREAT.

The deceased male Protester was given multiple opportunities to REMOVE himself from the active crime scene but made the decision not to.ICE was forced to ESCALATE at each step from NON lethal methods to deadly force because of HIS bad decisions
that is WHY he was SHOT...not because of his second amendment RIGHTS lol...or FIRST amendment rights to observe and film LE.

Annd then watch "The Fall of minneapolis" to learn that the entire State needs to be revamped. The police-chief perjured himself during the trial. If that were not true he would have sued the pants off that filmmaker.
