The U.S. and Canada will always be close neighbors. Like most neighbors, we will have occasional arguments but I would fight the fucker that fucked with Canada.
And yes, I remember that and thought it was a slick move.

We were sitting in the Aud in Buffalo watching a Sabres/Rangers game. Before the game they asked all Canadians to stand. We were the only ones in our section. A fellow came up to us and handed us 2 100 dollar bills and said he wanted to buy our tickets to the game and a couple of drinks to thank us.
