Seven police officers in a Boston suburb will not face criminal charges following the July 11, 2025, death of 43-year-old Francis Gigliotti, who died after being restrained. Essex District Attorney Paul Tucker announced on Jan. 27, 2026, that charges were not supported after a review showed Gigliotti died of a cardiac event linked to drug ingestion and restraint, rather than physical injury inflicted by officers

He obviously was not dark enough to cause riots and burning of the city.

Sounds like an Italian name ? Maybe we should take down more statues of Columbus and replace them with a new hero . Maybe if Italians were a darker color and less intelligent ?
