YeP...muder rates in 2025 had the biggest drop in decades..21 percent drop from 2024...In high homicide rate cities like Washington D.C it was a 40 PERCENT homicide rate drop from 2024 to 2025...its pretty obvious the deployment of the National guard in D.C has been effective despite the ranting and foaming at the mouth from the Dems and Anti Trumpers...the Irony is the rapid decrease in Homicides in cities like Washington D.C saves mostly BLACK lives...while low iq groups like BLACK lives Matter are out protesting increased LE presence Lol.
Murder and violent crime rates spiked right after the Pandemic thanks to WOKE Defund the Police and soft on crime Leftist policies...It wasn't until about 2023 when mostly high crime Democratic run cities pulled their heads out of their ass and realized DEFUND the Police was a DISASTER that we started to see Homicide and violent crime rates drop.
Under TRUMP 2.0 the drop in homicide and violent crime rates that started in 2023 under Biden has accelerated at a much higher pace...thanks to common sense Policies like increased cooperation and coordination between federal state and local LE ...deployment of national guard in high crime cities...and a SECURE Border.

I think we should give sanctuary cities and states what they want. Pull ICE along with funding from the Fed and let them deal with crime committed by illegal aliens. That way most criminals will go to those cities and states, then when they are overrun and beg for help from the DHS. We know where most of them are!
