For CNN, Castro is the go to Demo from Texas..the Demos have no shame.

YEP, they used a five year old as bait and then sent them off to a prison camp hundreds of miles from their home. But a judge who reviewed all the facts ordered their return and in his order said that the government is ignorant of the Constitution and is "traumatizing children".

The judge ruled no such BS, judge ruled on emotion, saying the ramp up was due to quotas and was mean and unfair, all emotional BS.

Piece of sh*t dad ran off and left his kid, mom would not open the door, after they caught dad they let him decide what he wanted to do with the kid.

Either way, as a brown US citizen, if I got picked up for a traffic warrant and ran, CPS would not give me my kid back until an extensive investigation and a court hearing.

But Dems give these people legal favors us Hispanic citizens do not get, typical.

samandkim, don't believe the BS that Ice, Bovino(who was leading the ice in Mpls at the itme) or Noem said about what happened.

I'm in the Twin Cities and know what happened:

1: The dad never ran from his child. He was picking him up from preschool when ice arrested them.
2: Ice brought the child and dad to their home, had the child knock on the door. Dad was yelling to the the Mom "don't open the door it's ice".
3: IF Mom would have opened the door ice would have taken her too and there was another child in the home who would have, more than likely, been left behind...which has happened before here.
4: A couple neighbors, the school principal and his teacher all offered to the child, ice refused them.
5: The family are all asylum seekers and have the paperwork.
They should have never been arrested and even more so, in less than an hour of being taken by ice, shipped to Texas.

It makes me wonder why so many of the people being arrested by ice have been so quickly sent to Texas since in 2023 and 2024 the Gov of Texas was bussing all the undocumented people to places like DC, NYC, Philadelphia, Chicago, LA (although none were sent to the Twin Cities) because he said there were too many in Texas... now he's letting ice sent them back to Texas.....MMMMMMMM

The Mom would not open the door as was told not to by the dad, that it was ice at the door and they would have taken her too.

The way ice is taking people is arrest now, put in the detention center and THEN check/maybe check the person's status.
US citizens have been arrested and kept locked up for several days before it is "discovered" they are citizens/legally here and let go.

fyi: I have no issue with those that are actually committing serious crimes--robbery, rape, murder, ect from being picked up and removed but even they must be allowed due process not this "vigilante style" of being taken.
