Morning 50, thanks for the coffee. It's 28 out headed for 37 today with a slight chance of a freezing rain/snow mix this morning.
It's a hit and run morning for me as I haven't gotten any sleep yet and I'm headed back to bed. Tried to go to sleep last night and had leg cramps nail me, hopefully those are over with now.

Going fishing this afternoon with my 90 year old mother.
Nice and comfy in the on ice bungalow.

Country-put 1 tsp of Collegen in your coffee in the morning for joint relief.
For leg cramps, I tbsp of Electrolytes in your water.
Every day. See results after 3 months.

Good morning! A little respite from the cold down here. It was in the 60s yesterday and should be again today. Sunny as well.

Partly cloudy, frigid day. It is supposed to go up to 20 by this afternoon!

GM: Dh, cnm3379, Stud, Frog, WD59, Katie, MD, MCG, Mr & Mrs. Br. MCG I take 90 Mg. of magnesium for my cramps it took one bottle but it helped. I also use Thera Works Cramp roll on too. Hope everyone has a good day and a big hello to our friends that haven't stopped in as of yet.

Finished my two cups of coffee and ready to start the day. Finally warming up down here, 60 degrees this morning with a high of 75 and about a week of 80 degree weather to follow. Are we done with the cold, probably not but there will be fewer and shorter cold fronts.

Daughter graduates this semester but will stay in school to get her masters in psychology just like her older sister.

Morning all thanks mrsbr for the coffee and eye candy also thanks ladies for adding your eye candy. Tidewater still cold but sunny.
