Most everything related to life is about persuasion. When we are born, it starts. We are given cues as to what behaviors are acceptable and those which are not, depending on the caregivers. Of course it's more subtle in the beginning but becomes more complex. And people we come in contact with test us to see how easy or difficult it is to persuade us. And we encounter those who want different responses from us, so the tactics change to what the desired response is wanted.

Different strategies were employed with slavery, commercials are part of it, religion can be very important because it can mold our general behaviors. Of course persuasion to get us to spend our money. And politics for power.

Like with Trump and his lies. His general tactic is to break us. He lies constantly about things hoping it will break common sense. He continues to do lawless things to get the public to get used to them. Break us in. He got his easily persuadable soldiers, the ones poorly educated, but loud. He got those who could see the kind of person he actually was and the kind of world he wanted, and they were all in.

It's amazing. When you observe people who see things that can be described as lawless when done by a Democrat, these things are against the constitution and illegal and evil, but when Trump does obvious idiotic, lawless actions, there is either silence, or some twisted explanation to try to make it look reasonable. Without knowing the people who eject such incredulous vomitus, it's difficult to know if these are cult like idiots, or if these are the ones trying to advance the fascist agenda.

It's all psychological. Those who know that they are advancing the agenda, and those who are so consumed but are ignorant of the major objectives.

But it's evil. It's evil because people try to advance their own agendas at the demise of others. One could describe this tactic as the strongest survive. Or self preservation.
