The NFL announced the elected members for 2026. Got me thinking, who in the 3 HOFs do not deserve to be there and should be booted out. Without a doubt, NEVER understood why Namath is in there. Just an AVERAGE QB. Probably a major reason why a certain NY QB wasn't voted in.

Namath is in because he took an AFL team that was the biggest underdog in Super Bowl history, then and now, and guaranteed a victory against the mighty NFL Colts and delivered a victory ! It was a team effort, but Namath was the definition of a leader that day and inspired his team . The NFL changed because of Namath, for better or worse !
Yes Namath and the Jets were one of the biggest underdogs in the history of professional sports.
He bragged and he delivered. Gotta give him credit! Even though at the time I was really pissed off....

What John said 5:28. Should Joe be in there ? I understand both sides Of he lost that one Superbowl game , he’s not in there Nothing against this OP Honda’s. I’d rather debate, who’s not in there. Joe did add a lot to the game I think it helps to play for a New York team If he would have played for the Browns and did the same thing. I don’t think he would be in there. All I can say is. Joe’s in there , good for him. !! He’s a good story
