Saturday Supper help needed

Hi Folks! Hope everyone is doing well and warming up from all the winter storms.

I need someone to host the Saturday Smorgasbord/supper thread on 2/7/26.
Kiddo and I are heading North to the family home.
She wants to go ice fishing with Uncle #1. No promise of any fish being caught, the lake they go to is stocked with trout.
I'm tagging along for the ride and will stay in the warm house relaxing.

But that means I'm off the grid for the most part. Brother #1, where we stay does not have internet!
(he also still has the hard line/phone on the wall)


So it would be greatly appreciated if someone can step in so everyone gets fed Saturday evening as my usual back up person is unavailable.

Shorts weather here with a high of 80. I hope someone steps up because I would be a horrible host. Hope you have a great and safe trip.
