Member Upload Problems

I have tried several days at various times to upload 30 second clips.

They reach 100% but then it freezes on "finalizing".

We are Free Members and post pictures/ comments with no problems.

Is there anyone out there that can help. The clips are supported in the "WL list of supported file extensions".
