How can I get I phone photos to up load? It says something about 200 kilobytes

You can crop the pics to under 200 kilobytes or email yourself the pic and when emailing the pic to yourself u have the option to pick how many kilobytes the picture is! Wife lovers will only let you post a pic under 200 kilobytes I do believe!
