Looking to create a DVD from downloaded videos

I have lots and lots of wifelovers videos that I've downloaded. Looking for a how to on creating a DVD that will play either on a laptop or in a DVD player that auto plays all the video clips. Not sure how to start. Would appreciate any tip or directions on how to. Thank.
