In my experience use safari and not chrome

make sure your file fits posting size, 200mb 200,000,000 bytes
use the upload tools that pops up and look for your file. It should not be any different than posting it from a computer or android pad I do it all the time.

When I try to upload from my iPad it tells me,"your movie goes here"
