**** for anyone posting videos, MPG is the right format to use for posting - file size up to 200mb according to Kelly
This is what I used for my last post, it played flawlessly and almost right away --->
MPEG-4 Files
24 bits, 320 x 240, 15 fps
Frame-based
MPEG-4 SP Video: 1024 Kbps, 4:3
44100 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo
MPEG AAC Audio: 128 Kbps
upload size of an 8 minute video was 72 mb
