trying to post videos from Samsung Galaxy 6

I tried uploading videos from my Samsung Galaxy 6 the videos uploaded but will not play I believe the format is MP4 the only way I figured out how to post them is text them to my email and then save and post but the quality is way off any help would be appreciated

I use the paid version of the Videocon app to convert them from mp4 to wma files.

My best guess would be to upload from your phone to your computer. That will probably preserve the quality. When you email or text it has to compress it down enough to be able to be sent easily.
