Software for I pad tp blur faces

Can anyone tell me what software is available to blur faces from videos. Would like to show more of our vids but can't seem to find software to blur face shots. Any help will be appreciated

I use video toolbox
But masking really adds a lot of size to the file

I use Wondershare Filmora but you have to develop a technique where you cut the film as the face changes position because the feature where the mask follows the face does not work well.
