Video editing software?

Can anyone recommend a good, easy to use editing software?
Must have face blur an voice changer.

Wondershare Filmora is pretty good. You can control audio but not change voice.

I agree Filnora is about as good as you can find on the cheap. I also use AVS4U.

Hitfilm Express. A bit of a learning curve, but you can do just about anything with it. Plenty of tutorials online, too.
