Uploading videos with my Android phone

I've tried multiple times to upload videos on my Android phone with zero success. Do I have do be in incognito mode when I upload them? That's how I have to view videos posted on the movie page, so I was just wondering if it was the same when uploading them? Anyone else got any input for me? I'm using a Motorola Z3 play.
I have the same problems. I'm using an LG Stylo 2 Plus.
I have noticed my biggest problem is file size. I had to lower my resolution as low as it would go and then i can get about 15 seconds to upload.

I can't upload from my galaxy s8. I would like to know how I could upload if any one has figured it out.

I can't get my pictures to post using a Motorola E6. My messages post but I can't get my pictures to post.

Ge the app video compressor. Download the video to the app and convert to mp4. It fixes the problem and can send through email also with the conversion
