Help for first time poster

Can somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong. Trying to post a video for the first time with no success. It shows up as the file is converting when I hit the post button but it never converts. The file is an mp4 file and can't remember the file size but want to say maybe 4 mb. Is there a size limit or am I missing something else.

No one really knows. Try to keep vids to 1 minute.. Admin does not help in these situations.
