WL doesn't allow MP4 video files what I did was download app to transfer Mp4 Videos into Mov.Works perfectly uploading from my mobile now.Hope this helps some of you guys.
What app did you end up using ?

App called video converter
I tried VLC and it worked great!

I converted my .mp4 for .mov, reduced the filesize to 30MB and cannot upload. I get this error:
