Prompted To Sign In For Every Video

Was hoping someone could help me here, every time I hit a video in the members area I am prompted to sign in? I am a recently paid member and can't figure out what is the issue. Kelly dies not know either. Granted my iPad is old but does anybody have any guidance on what I need to adjust on my iPad for this to stop happening?
