Format question

I read somewhere on here what format is necessary to get videos to post on here. I can’t find it and would like to convert to a correct postable format. I have tried to post my iPhone vids which seem to be in .mov format. Seems like that used to work at one time, but my Coachswyf videos aren’t working. Appreciate a solution, I have a few action vids of my wife I would love to show y’’all. You can answer here, or if you got the time, email me danplano13@yahoo. Com I make it worth your while!😉
I rarely have trouble uploading windows (.wmv) files

I have not had problems with .mp4 format as long as not to big.
Sometimes Jack posts videos over 15 minutes long.

I just use inshot where I can change my upload size
