Can't figure out how to post a video.

So after many many times trying to post a video I've absolutely given up.lol I'm absolutely assured that it is my lack of being internet savvy. So if I could possibly befriend another member and email them my videos and they could possibly post them for me that would be absolutely great. Please email me if any of you guys would be willing to do this for me.
