I’m looking for Windows video editing software. Not looking to do a bunch of fancy effects, mainly just want to edit segments together and break longer scenes into smaller segments.
Thoughts and suggestions appreciated.

I kept one of my older computers that still has Windows XP Pro installed on it and I use the excellent 'Movie Maker' program.
