Video won't play then is gone

Hello! I can upload a video. It takes up to an hour to convert. Once converted after pressing Play it never plays. I check in the morning and the video is gone?? What am I doing wrong? I've never posted one longer than a minute and 30 seconds if that matters.i am posting from a Android phone.

This site sucks bro there's nobody to answer any questions and they take down certain videos from what I've noticed. Why? I can only speculate. It would be awesome if someone would make an improved version... I mean, sometimes I see what is with out a doubt pro porn on this site that's just been downloaded and edited. Yet I, and many others, can't seem to get their videos upload and when they do, the video is often corrupted. It either won't play at all, or IF it does play it takes 2 minutes to watch a clip that's only 20 seconds long...
So bad!
