we went to both adult stores off 19 in hartford. the one not near the gold club we went into booth area the one near gold club would not let us share a booth.but we had fun in the other one any place or certian night for couples? we live in hartford area and are looking for places to go

have been to a few book/video stores one in east hartford Aircraft book and news not too bad kinda dingy booths have uncomfy fold down seats no dorrs so ppl can look in and watch you or join you{not my cup of tea} with some of the weirdos that hang in there..been to amazing in berlin or meridan not sure right on the line anyhow this place is pretty clean booths have nice seats to sit in they have a smoked glass between booths that if you allow the person next to you to watch there is a button to let them view more my speed can at least pic who you may have your fun with...there is another amazing i think it is in southington book/vid store with booths will be hiting that soon so ill keep you posted how that was

My husband and I have been to the Amazing bookstore in Meriden twice, both recently. The first time was late afternoon during a weekday and there was a lot of activity in the booth area in the back. The booths have doors that can be locked. During both visits we were not bothered by anyone and were both able to enter the booth together.

Inside each booth is a glass “window” which, by pressing a button, can either clear to view the occupant in the next boot or kept cloudy. During our Saturday night visit, there wasn’t much activity (one whole area of booths was closed) however when we entered the booth and pressed the button to clear the window, there was someone in the next booth and we were able to view each other.

That same Saturday night we also visited the Amazing bookstore in Wethersfield. While it had booths (looked very new), none had doors. They were very small, about half the size of the ones in Meriden, and there was no one in the store when we were there.

There are two other bookstores on the Turnpike we passed but because it was late we didn’t stop. One looks fairly new in Berlin across from the Home Depot. The other is in Newington, again on the Turnpike, south of the bowling alley and has been around for quite some time. Has anyone been to either of these two? If so, can you tell us about your experience?

We live in Western Mass and are looking for one in the Springfield area. Does anyone know any bookstores with booths around there?
