We love the Quarter at the Trop. We always start off at Carmine's and then work our way upstairs. Lots of interesting people. We will be there tomorrow night looking for an early start to the fireworks.
is it a sexualy charged atmosphere at the quarter? if so where ?

There are always plenty of people in the bars. It is easy to talk and you never know who you will meet. The Sound of Philadelphia bar in the Quarter is great also. See you there this Saturday night, July 23rd.
